We are specialized in producing custom wood products since 1991
PRINCO GRUP S.A. was founded in 1991, and is a medium-sized company, with wholly private capital, specializing in the production of finger-jointed panels, kitchen shavings, and small furniture made of beech wood.
Through the accumulated experience and continuous qualification of the staff, supported by an efficient management team, PRINCO GRUP S.A. has become one of the leading producers and exporters of wood kitchenware and wood small furniture in Romania. More than 90% of the production is exported to countries in Europe, America, and Asia, with the guarantee of quality assured with professionalism by a dynamic team.

OUR PILOT PROJECT
Increasing Competitiveness
In order to increase competitiveness, a Pilot Project on the Reduction of Production Costs was implemented using the “Lean Manufacturing” method developed by Toyota on production management and successfully implemented in America and Europe. The activity spanned a six-month period at the end of which the spectacular results were achieved: lead time, drop in inventory on stream, quality improvement, productivity gains, cost reductions.In the future we will continue through a new project in which we aim to succeed in this direction to become better, more competitive and keep up with a dynamic and changing economy.
