PRODUCT CARE
Wood changes naturally with use. A few simple habits help preserve its surface and appearance over time.
Clean the surface with warm water, a soft sponge and a mild detergent. Avoid soaking the product or placing it in a dishwasher.
Wipe away excess water and allow the product to air-dry in an upright position, with both sides exposed.
When the wood begins to look dry, apply a food-safe oil suitable for wooden kitchenware, following the oil manufacturer's instructions.
Store the product in a dry, ventilated place. Avoid prolonged contact with water, direct heat and sudden temperature changes.
