Website and quotation requests

This website presents PRINCO’s products and activities and allows visitors to request quotations. Photographs and descriptions provide general information. The specifications of goods to be supplied are set out in the individual quotation and documents accepted by the parties.

Submitting a quotation request is not an order, does not guarantee product availability and does not create a payment obligation. No payments are taken through this website. After reviewing a request, we may send a quotation specifying the product, quantity, total price, applicable taxes, payment method, shipping cost and delivery time. A sale is concluded through acceptance and confirmation of the quotation or another agreement between the parties.

Products and customisation

Wood may show natural variations in grain, colour and texture. These variations do not change agreed specifications or limit statutory rights concerning the conformity of goods.

For a product made to individual requirements, the customer must review and confirm the specifications before production begins. Later changes require agreement between the parties and may affect the price or delivery time.

Price, payment and delivery

Displaying a product on the website does not establish a sale price. The individual quotation will state the total price, currency, applicable taxes, payment method and delivery terms. Payment is made only by the method agreed in the accepted quotation or contractual documents, outside this website.

The destination, shipping cost and delivery time are confirmed before a contract is concluded. Mandatory consumer rights concerning pre-contract information and delivery continue to apply.

Returns, complaints and personal data

Withdrawal rights, returns and refunds are described in our Return and Refund Policy. PRINCO pays the direct shipping cost of a return made under the right of withdrawal, as described in that policy. These terms do not limit statutory rights concerning damaged or non-conforming goods.

Use of website content

PRINCO’s text, images, graphics and brand elements may be protected by intellectual property rights. Using the website does not grant permission to reproduce or use them commercially without consent. You may contact us to seek an amicable resolution. Consumers can also consult the Romanian consumer authority’s alternative dispute resolution information at https://anpc.ro/sal/. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
